Learning From My Wagering Blunders

I have been gaming on the internet or at land based gambling halls for a great many years. I have learned, the addiction can take a hold of you and you won’t even notice it up till you are broke. Notably if you are on a run. I have gone through many hundreds of dollars in a very tiny period of time and even today, I sometimes go a bit too long. It feels like you are only having a blast up till you decide to track your loss and the anguish settles in, and of course you continue telling yourself "I will be able to earn it back" ad nauseam. It doesn’t work. Then you feel queasy in your abdomen and the harder you attempt the more rapidly you lose.

When you discover that you are ahead, Remain in the Black! When you start to squander, don’t convince yourself, "well only 1 more" and again and again, believe me, this method almost never ever operates. Say you plan on betting on slot machines, keep a pot set aside prior to starting your gaming. DO NOT go over that cap, no matter how tempting. If you happen to gain, put that in a different cup. Do not risk your winnings at any cost. After you have played through your beginning predetermined limit, stop. Leave, regardless if it is on the web or in a land based gambling hall, do not stay at the tables or machines. Always keep in mind, there no doubt will be other days, another time. Clearly, this process is able to function for any casino game that you gamble on, be it bingo, poker, electronic poker, keno, 21 or any other casino game.

Remember, gambling should be delightful not burdensome, nauseating work! If you are not enjoying yourself, you do not belong at the casinos. If you cannot pay for the loss, don’t even start.
